Hello all, I'm Sammie, I'm Rhys' sister, and when I found out that he had EUPD, It was somewhat of a challenge to understand when he was having an emotional break down but after listening to him, and learning more about EUPD, I finally began to understand how he was feeling and when he had an episode I tried to calm him down by using methods from the internet to help, I am incredibly proud of him for doing this site.
