To maintain a friendly community, members must adhere to these rules before you create and talk to others on these community forums, staff reserve the right to act, lock and delete forum posts that break the rules. These are here to maintain a safe space for all.
Unfortunately, we are not doctors, so we are unable to diagnose you. Please get in contact with your local GP or doctor to get referred.
- No hate speech or bullying toward other members and staff, zero tolerance, your account will be terminated (banned) If you break these rules.
- No racism or criticism of any kind. Any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.
- No anti-social behavior, any posts about violence and or comments made to another regarding violence will be suspended.
- Please refrain from swearing, these forums are accessible to people over the age of 13, so please do not swear, or keep it to a minimum.
- Making everyone feel welcome will encourage discussion.
- Please refrain from revealing your age and location if under the ages of 18.
- Please refrain from using any discrimination of any kind.
- No sexual remarks to either gender.
- Be polite
- Any issues please report it to a staff member via e-mail or direct message.
- If you or someone is in a crisis, due to safeguarding, we are required to report it to the local law enforcement and we will take extra steps to remove any posts that may concern us or others.
- Please be respectful to staff, they are volunteers!

A Message from our Moderators
We are here to uphold and adhere to all the rules that are set out within this community to make sure not only you are safe, but other members too; the community forums are open to all, and we hope that you will follow these rules to the best of your abilities, any warnings or bans will be sent to you via e-mail from our community managers and volunteers who work hard to maintain everyone's safety. Please also be aware that this project is pretty much new, so your posts and emails may be delayed to be replied to, but we will do our best.
Very occasionally, moderators may step in to provide signposting if it is relevant, or if there are concerns for somebody’s safety. The community is not a crisis service however, and moderators are not able to provide emotional support and advice.
Moderators and staff are here to keep everyone safe -- so If you/or someone else is in-danger, please report it to us, so we can deal with it appropriately.
Members can ask for advice, however, we cannot give medical advice/or a diagnosis, moderators however can point you in the right direction. If we feel we cannot advise you, we will let you know and lock your post and it will be flagged for deletion, please do not take this in the wrong way.
